WTC Pune Signs MoU with IDEA to Boost India-Philippines Fintech

World Trade Center Pune had the pleasure of connecting with Cristina Amor Maclang, Secretary General of IDEA, Executive Director of Fintech Philippines Association, and Chairman & Founder of Digital Pilipinas, as well as Dr. Alexander Titov, PhD, Deputy Secretary General at IDEA, during the recent fintech event in Mumbai.

World Trade Center Pune has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Digital Economies Association (IDEA) 🇮🇳 🇵🇭. 

India’s fintech sector has become a global frontrunner, thanks to advancements in secure payments, paperless lending, and mobile banking. It is set to be the third-largest and third-highest funded fintech sector in the world.

This partnership marks a significant step towards strengthening our global fintech network.

Executive Director of World Trade Center Pune - Niraj Khinvasara , along with Cristina Amor Maclang and Dr. Alexander Titov, engaged in a productive discussion on the Global Innovation and Technology Triangle. The meeting also included our Virtual Galaxy members—Avinash Shende-Managing Director at Virtual Galaxy Infotech, Sachin Pande-Managing Director at Virtual Galaxy Infotech Pvt Ltd (VGIPL) and Tanmay Shende,as well as Murli Krishna Pharma member Dr. Satya Ramani Vadlamani, Chairperson and MD at Murli Krishna Pharma.

Additionally, strategic discussions were held with another key member, First Rate Ventures, represented by Rohit Mahadik-Venture Associate at First Rate Ventures.
