World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia Welcomes Two New Board Members, Adds New Advisory Council Members
PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA - The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia recently named Steven Bradley and Jeffrey Nash to its board of directors. This addition brings business, regional port authority, legal and governmental expertise to the WTCGP’s leadership ranks.
“We are delighted and fortunate to have added Steven and Jeff to the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia’s board,” noted WTCGP board chairman and White and Williams partner Gary Biehn. “They bring diverse and deeply impressive backgrounds to their work with us, which undoubtedly will help promote WTCGP’s important efforts to build and grow trade – and jobs – in this region.”
“Jeff and Steven join us at a pivotal moment, as exports have grown into key U.S. economic drivers,” said WTCGP President Linda Conlin. “WTCGP will benefit enormously from the respective knowledge of this area’s business community Jeff and Steven bring as board members. Their important connections, particularly in the South Jersey community and among minority-led organizations and businesses, will enable us to expand recognition of WTCGP’s programs available to the region’s businesses, regardless of size, thereby increasing the impact we can have in driving economic growth and job creation in our communities.”
Steven Scott Bradley is the president and CEO of Bradley & Bradley Associates, Inc., a Philadelphia-based commercial property and casualty insurance and risk management firm. Working within the insurance industry for more than 30 years, Steven has extensive diversified underwriting, sales, marketing, risk management and claims experience. Prior to founding Bradley and Bradley Associates, Inc., in 2001, Steven served as the vice president of sales and marketing and president and CEO of Watlington & Cooper, Inc., one of the oldest and largest minority brokerage firms in the Region. In addition to his new appointment at WTCGP, Steven also serves on numerous boards, including the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority, to which he was appointed by then-Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett; the Commerce and Business Transition Team for Mayor-elect Jim Kenney; and the Advisory Board on Diversity, Inclusion, and Small Business Opportunities, to which he was appointed by Governor Tom Wolf.
Jeffrey L. Nash is the founder of The Nash Law Group, a general practice law firm based in Camden, New Jersey. Prior to founding The Nash Law Group, Jeff was a senior partner and shareholder at Cozen O’Connor, where he focused on civil litigation and government relations, and led the firm’s nationally renowned insurance subrogation practice. Jeff, who is a long-standing elected leader, currently is a member of the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders. Under Jeff’s leadership, Camden County has implemented numerous community-enhancement initiatives, including the nationally-recognized Child Immunization Program; revitalization of Camden City; and launch of the new Camden County Police Department. He also is the Vice Chairman of the Delaware River Port Authority of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, a bi-state regional transportation and economic development agency. In this role, Jeff has helped strengthen port operations; establish greater accountability requirements for DRPA officials and personnel; and rebuild critical infrastructure.
