In a move to bolster Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and foster economic development, representatives from the U.S. Consulate General and World Trade Center (WTC) Shamshabad held a pivotal meeting. The U.S. Consulate delegation included Archana Suresh, Director of Telangana-Social Impact Group, and Salil Kader, Planning & Public Engagement Advisor of the Public Diplomacy Section. The WTC Shamshabad team was led by Mr. Y. Vara Prasad Reddy, Chairman, along with Mr. Vamsi Krishna, Director of Economic Development, and Mr. Bhargava Srivari, Vice President of Economic Development.
The U.S. Council Committee envisages to bridge American corporations and Indian NGOs through CSR initiatives, actively involving all the stakeholders. The Key focus areas included capacity building, entrepreneurship, education, training, and awareness programs. This collaboration seeks to leverage the strengths of both nations to drive impactful social and economic changes.
