Decoding Labour Codes 2020

The Ministry of Labour and Employment has finalized four new Labour codes - Wages code, Industrial Relations code, Social Security code and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSH) code. These rules would be effective soon and are expected to make significant changes to regulation of labour and the employer - employee relationship. In this scenario, we are organizing an online session that will give the participants an overview of the new Labour Law and its implications.
