World Trade Center Sydney is conceived as a $8 Bn Mixed Use City, with World Trade Center Towers, Convention & Exhibition Centre, Commercial space for large Multinational Companies, Innovation & Incubation Centre, School, Civic Area, Retail and Residential Area. Aerotropolis Group engaged Woods Bagot and Ethos Urban to prepare a Draft Master Plan.
As per the Economic Impact Study by PwC, WTC SYDNEY will create 43,500 Direct Jobs, 45,000 Indirect Jobs and 52,900 Induced Jobs per Year. It will make a Direct Economic Contribution of $13 Bn, Indirect Economic Contribution of $15 Bn and Induced Economic Contribution of $31 Bn per Year.
