In 1997, Mr. Velasco studied in the Arquitecture faculty of the Universidad de Panamá. He has broad experience in project management, marketing and corporate branding. In the last years he has given many speeches on different topics such as: SEO, Web-Graphics Integration techniques and software quality compliance in major local universities. In 2006 he founded the “One Man Army Studio” company which offers corporate branding services, graphic and web design; serving the local and regional market.
