Doris Anne manages business strategy and operations for World Trade Center Indianapolis. She has served in numerous public leadership roles in Indiana, including as Deputy State Auditor and Legal Counsel, Chairman of the half-billion-dollar Indiana Deferred Compensation Plan, and Clerk of the Circuit Court of Marion County. Doris Anne also co-founded and led the Feinstein Initiative for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook from 2007 through 2012. She volunteers her time and talents on numerous philanthropic boards throughout the state. Doris Anne graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in political science before attending the University of Leningrad in St. Petersburg, Russia and Oxford University’s Institute on International and Comparative Law in the United Kingdom. Upon her return to the United States, Doris Anne continued her education, receiving a juris doctorate with a specialization in international law from Rutgers University. Doris Anne and her husband, Tim, live in Indianapolis with their two children.
