She has a proven track record in business expansion and successfully led the growth of companies she helmed from diverse sectors including energy, retail, property management, and network broadcasting. A holder of Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Louella combines analytical acumen with a fervent dedication to transformative management solutions. She is currently serving her second term as Board Director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines and continues to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
